Stunning. I love how the artist uses very few colors yet manages to make it look so real. I will say that it looks almost macabre (to me) which isn't a bad thing at all; in fact I find it quite lovely. It just doesn't remind me of Cardinals. The way the hair flows and fades and the detail of the eyes draws you in. What a mysterious expression she has--almost as if she could either laugh or cry. Brilliant. Also, I like how it's hard to tell what kind of clothes she is wearing: She could be a woman from long long ago, or she could be a citizen of the 21st century. So vivid while managing to be vague, it leave room for the imagination flourish. Well done. Very well done indeed.
